PhD Candidate at Erasmus University of Rotterdam

Ms. Vasili has been Associate legal Council and Associate Attorney at Law in different companies in Greece. She is now conducting a PhD research focused on the follow topic: To what extent do the ship owners have an obligation to provide precautionary measures against the risk of maritime piracy, in the context of the contracts of carriage of goods, employment and insurance? ​at the Erasmus University of Rotterdam. She has published articles concerning the implementation of MLC 2006 and has attended several conferences related to maritime Law.
