Professor of Labour and social security law at the University Jaume I Castellón.

Professor of Labour and social security law at the University Jaume I Castellón (Spain). She is expert in the social security system applied to seafarers as she has demonstrated in several works related to this issue. In the last years, she has done several contributions about certification and established social control system contained in MLC 2006 and its implementation into domestic laws, particularly in Spain. She is author of up to 200 contributions in relation to labour and social security law and she has participated in several events in relation to this issue, particularly giving training to sectors’ professionals in the Mediterranean area and for Spanish labour ministry.
