Senior Lecturer at the University of Bordeaux

Senior Lecturer at the University of Bordeaux (France). He did his doctoral thesis entitled Marché international du travail maritime. Un encadrement juridique en formation, which was published in 2009, under the direction of Patrick Chaumette. He has written several works in relation to maritime labour law and participates in several events yet in France and outside about this field of expertise. Since 2008, he is expert for the International Labour office (International Labour Standards Department-Norms) concerning the promotion activities and supervising system of the Maritime Labour Convention, 2006, mainly in Africa’s francophone countries.
